To be honest, most of the time I just throw a bag of “steamers” vegetables in the microwave for a quick and easy side dish, but when I feel like mixing it up a bit with something a little more interesting, I give one of these recipes a try.

Sauteed Garlic Asparagus

This is super quick and tasty side.

My daughter hates cooked carrots, but love these! They have a nice subtly sweet flavor to them.

Sweet potatoes=super food.  These aren’t quite as healthy/low calorie as a traditional baked potato, but much more fun to eat!

This salad is AMAZING! I usually use spinach instead of ice-burg lettuce in my salads.  It gives you way more nutritional bang for you buck!
