Cooking is something I just learned to love over the last few years. I used to burn everything to a crisp, but thanks to a couple of good friends providing some me with cooking lessons (with lots of patience and not laughing at me TOO much) I finally started to get it down. It can be relaxing to spend time in the kitchen, listening to my favorite music while experimenting with different flavors. I also like knowing exactly what is going into my food, and being able to modify recipes to make some of my favorite foods a little more healthy. There is a lot of trial and error (with a lot more error) to my cooking so I am only sharing recipes I have actually made that I thought turned out well.
